EPINITY® is certified by globally credible sustainability standards.
EPINITY® is certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). RSPO promotes the growth and use of sustainable palm oil products through credible global standards and stakeholder engagement. As the glycerine we use for EPINITY® comes from palm oil, we ensure that this palm oil is certified by RSPO.
We are certified by the RSPO Supply Chain Certification standard (RSPO SCC) under the mass balance model, not only to support our customers and end-users (mainly in the personal care industry) who commit to purchasing sustainable palm derivatives but we also want to support smallholder palm farmers whose plantations are sustainably cultivated.
The BioPreferred Program is a labelling scheme managed by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). EPINITY® received the USDA Certified Biobased Product label for its 100% bio-based content.
The USDA Certified Biobased Product label displays a product’s biobased content, which is the portion of a product that comes from a renewable source, such as plant, animal, marine, or forestry feedstocks.
